Process

A disciplined path from idea to serial production.

Every project moves through the same six phases. The depth of each phase scales to the program — but the rigor doesn't.

Phase 01

Concept Development

Requirements engineering, benchmarking, concept generation and selection. We anchor the project to measurable success criteria before a single CAD file is opened.

Deliverables
  • Requirements spec
  • Concept matrix
  • Risk register
Phase 02

CAD & Simulation

Parametric modeling of assemblies and parts, with FEM and tolerance analysis running in parallel. Decisions are validated continuously, not at the end.

Deliverables
  • Parametric CAD
  • FEM evidence
  • Tolerance stack-up
Phase 03

Prototyping

Rapid hardware iterations — SLA, SLS, CNC, sheet metal — sourced and managed in-house. Verification builds expose the unknowns early.

Deliverables
  • Alpha builds
  • Test fixtures
  • Iteration log
Phase 04

Validation & Testing

Environmental, mechanical, drop, vibration and lifecycle testing. Evidence is captured against the original spec, with traceable pass/fail.

Deliverables
  • Test reports
  • Compliance evidence
  • Design freeze
Phase 05

Production Optimization

DFM finalization, cost reduction passes, mold design review and supplier qualification. The product is engineered for the line it will be built on.

Deliverables
  • DFM report
  • Mold design review
  • Supplier RFQ
Phase 06

Manufacturing Support

T0/T1 evaluation, first-article inspection, ramp support and ongoing line troubleshooting. We stay until production is calm and predictable.

Deliverables
  • T0 evaluation
  • FAI sign-off
  • Ramp support
